Rainier Recruiting has partnered with a full-service shipyard and large commercial boat builder that specializes in the repair and build of various vessels ranging from 75-250 feet in length. Compensation:
$140,000- $200,000 base salary + up to $40,000+ in additional variable bonuses
Location:
Washington. This role will include a combination of home office, travel to conferences, and onsite expectation once a week for sit down meetings. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and lead execution of sales and marketing strategy for both new construction and service lines of work.
- Develop, nurture, and grow client and prospect relationships.
- Perform market research to identify current and future business opportunities.
- Lead business development processes, including funnel management, capture management, and proposal development.
- Create, evolve, and grow library of effective sales and marketing content.
- Gather competitive information and assess market demands.
- Participate in regional and national trade shows and training seminars.
